Jac the Fast & Agile Cheetah

Once upon a time, in Limited Edition Land, there lived a cheetah named Jac. Jac was a fast and agile cheetah, known for his incredible speed. However, Jac had a condition called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, or POTS for short. This meant that sometimes he felt dizzy or lightheaded when he stood up, and his heart would beat too fast.

One day, Jac was out running when he suddenly felt dizzy and had to lie down. His friends, the other animals of Limited Edition Land, were worried about him. They gathered around Jac to see if he was okay.

“I’m okay, just feeling a bit dizzy,” Jac reassured his friends. “Sometimes my heart beats too fast, but I know how to make myself feel better.”

His friends were curious and asked Jac how he did it. Jac smiled and said, “I practice affirmations. They help me feel calm and positive, even when I’m not feeling well.”

Jac shared his ten favorite affirmations with his friends:

  2. “I trust my body to heal and recover.”
  3. “I am surrounded by love and support.”

Jac’s friends were inspired by his affirmations and decided to practice them too, each for their own reasons. From that day on, whenever Jac or his friends weren’t feeling well, they would practice their affirmations together, helping each other stay positive and strong.

Jac showed everyone that even when faced with challenges, having a positive mindset and believing in oneself can make all the difference. And so, Jac and his friends lived happily in Limited Edition Land, supporting each other and facing each day with courage and positivity.
