Stuff Animal Friend/ Merchandise
Goal is to provide a kid with a free friend, so they don’t need to feel alone while having an Limited Edition Illness (LEI). They can take it with them to appointments or use it as a tool to be their own patient advocate explain who it is to others and why they have it. It can feel very alone when you can relate to your peers.

  • Every kid gets a box with a stuffed animal related to their illness for free
  • Merchandise is available to buy for others


Ways To Get Involved:  Artists,  Corprate Sponsors, Designers, etc.

Limited Edition Friends Zoo Day
Goal is to start building a support system for you or the person with a limited-edition illness with others that understand what you are going through.

  • Yearly event where the limited-edition community come together for a fun day at the zoo in your town to connect.
  • Fun ideas: Stations at the animals of the LEF with info, wear your alertness color, and picnic at the zoo

Limited Edition Friends Alertness Day
Goal is to get LEF awareness day at the local, state, and national level

  • Reaching out to the correct people at the different levels to fill out forms and make that connection to see it all away through

Limited Edition Friends Day & Weekend Retreats
Goal is to provide education and fun for the Limited Edition Friends Community.

  • Speakers for people with the illness, parents of children, and caregivers
  • Weekend retreat where families can connect with others: Games, education, and different outlets of fun for the kids
