Andrew's Affirmations
In the enchanting world of Limited Edition Land, where every creature was unique and special, there lived a friendly buffalo named Andrew. Andrew loved to explore the vast plains with his friends, but sometimes his Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM) made him feel unwell.
One day, while resting under his favorite tree, Andrew met Wise Owl Olivia. Sensing Andrew’s discomfort, Olivia asked him what was wrong. Andrew explained about his ADEM and how it made him feel sad and frustrated when he couldn’t join his friends in their adventures.
Wise Owl Olivia listened attentively and then smiled warmly. She told Andrew about the power of affirmations—positive statements that could help him feel better, even when things were tough. Olivia taught Andrew ten special affirmations to practice whenever he wasn’t feeling well:

With his newfound strength and positivity, Andrew continued to explore Limited Edition Land, knowing that no matter what challenges he faced, he had the power within him to overcome them. And whenever he needed a little extra support, he simply repeated his affirmations, reminding himself of his inner strength and resilience.
